Bathroom Cabinet

When you’re remodelling your bathroom and you’re looking for the best bathroom cabinet, some of the things you’ll have to take into consideration are the space you have and the kind of cabinet you’d really like. You’ll need to measure the amount of space you’ll be using for the cabinet, and then find the proper cabinet that has all the implements that you’ll want or need.

If you’re getting a series of cabinets, you should take note that the corner bathroom cabinet should be put in first; stock cabinets are perfecto for a series of bathroom cabinets, but semi-custom or custom cabinets can be customised with implements – such as drawers and cubicle compartments – to your liking and with your exact measurements in mind, although these might be a little bit more expensive than stock cabinets.

Keep in mind that when installing these cabinets, the wall you should be mounting them on should be smooth, level and clean. Mark any bumps or bulges, and compensate with pieces of wood used as leverage to keep the surface level. Secure the cabinets to the wall with wall studs, especially if you plan to stock them heavily.

On a final note, if you’re fully redecorating your bathroom, the rule of thumb is that the bathroom cabinets should be installed after rough wiring and plumbing, but before installing new flooring.
